Halloween 2012

This Halloween was one of my favorites as a parent. Brody was really into it this year! He dressed up as Woody from one of his favorite movies, "Toy Story" or as he calls it " Woody and Buzz."We celebrated by attending several Halloween festivities over the month of October. We went to the annual October fest in downtown Franklin. They have all kinds of craft booths, lots of good food,  all the kids dress up, even dogs dress up! We always have a fantastic time and it always gets us in the Halloween spirit.

We also did Trunk or Treat with our church. Phillip's crew group ( group of 10th grade guys he does a Bible study with on Wednesday night's) decorated a car, and so did several of the life groups from church. I mainly walked around with Brody, getting candy and playing games. Brody had a great time!

Halloween night we had our good friend's Cole, Allyson, and Brynlee Young over to hang out. Phillip handed out candy on our porch while the rest of us went Trick or Treating. Brody really got into it and would walk right up to the front door and hold out his bag for candy. It was a little challenging convincing him that he couldn't eat every piece of candy that he was given. :)

Sweet Brynlee was dressed as an elephant! She looked so cute!

Ringing the doorbell with Cole and Brynlee.

This was a neat house, the owners passed out candy and bottles of water.

Love our dear friend's and we are so glad that they moved back here from South Carolina!

Brody was confident and would just walk up and hold out his bag! I was so proud of my sweet boy.

This boy was funny, he actually kissed Brynlee on the face! It was interesting :) LOL

Overall it was a fun Halloween! Brody loved every minute of it and we made some special memories with our sweet friends.
