Brody's Swim Lessons April- May 2013

 Brody took his first swim lessons at the YMCA. They lasted for 6 weeks. They were every Saturday morning. He was in a class ranging from ages 3-6. He did a great job, had a lot of fun, and learned a lot!

My sweet boy has no fear of the water. He also has his mother's patience, which isn't a lot. :) There was one point when Brody was waiting for his turn to get in the water, and he said " my turn!" and jumped right in. Fortunately he had his floaty on. 

This was a good first swim lessons for B, it taught him the basics of swimming, he gained a lot of confidence in the water, and was a lot of fun for him.

Brody's Spring School Semester- MTSU Child Development Center

Here are a few pictures I shot during Brody's spring semester of school. Once again he had a great semester at school. He still is enrolled in the Child Development Center at MTSU. This is his second semester, and he will continue to go here in the fall. This is the last semester that his teacher will be Ms. Z. We have been so blessed to have her as a teacher, Brody will miss her so much!

One day two firetrucks came to the school. This picture is of Brody's close friend Mason. 

Brody loved it, but he wouldn't get in the truck without me. We had a great time!

The week after school ended, we met Mason and his mom at the park. They had a great time playing together! 

We are so blessed to have Brody in this school, and can't wait for him to go back in the fall! 

Ashlie and Audrey Come for a Visit! March 2013

At the end of March Ashlie and Audrey came for a visit. They stayed for several days and we had a great time. Brody loved playing with " baby Audrey." 

During the day most of the time we just hung out. We went to the gym one day, took the kids to play at the mall, and just enjoyed being together.

Sweet cousins!

Each night that they were here, Phillip was sweet enough to keep the kids while we hung out with mutual friends. One night we met up with Sara at the movies, and then the next night we went to dinner with Sara and Amy. 

One night we met up with Sara at Arrington Vineyards. We did the tasting, bought a few bottles, and then went to dinner. 

After the winery we met up Amy downtown for dinner. 

We had a great week with Ash, baby Audrey, and enjoyed having several girls nights with Amy and Sara! I was so glad that they came here for a visit and can't wait to see them again soon!
